Common questions about the Troppolicious

How will they know who the gift is from?

Every gift you send includes a message gift card with your very own personal note (hand written by our team, of course). We’ve created pre-worded messages too if you’re stuck for ideas, just to make things super simple.

What products are in the box?

Troppolicious gift boxes are created for different personalities, likes and interests. They’re filled with goodness exclusively supplied by Australian businesses that operate in a sustainable, earth friendly way.

Box items change from time to time as we discover and include different products from great Aussie businesses. Also, completely new boxes magically appear in our menu – so keep an eye out ;-).

How earth friendly are you?

As a young company, we’re doing our utmost to reduce, reuse, repurpose and recycle in everything we do. It’s a mindset that’s fundamental to everyone at Troppolicious.

Each gift box is crafted so mother nature is just as happy as you are, it’s the least we can do. We only partner with like-minded suppliers who are genuinely making an effort to be environmentally aware within their business too.

We don’t claim that every item is completely plastic-free or made exclusively from re-cycled goods. However, it does mean that wherever we can avoid or remove toxic or unnecessary packaging, we do. If we can select a more earth friendly product or approach, we will.

We operate our business in an environmentally friendly and ethically responsible way.

This is just as important as how earth friendly our gift boxes are. That’s why we select supply partners carefully, ensuring we are working with responsible businesses who continually work to reduce the impact we all have on our planet. We’re not suggesting we’re 100% perfect – but that’s the ultimate goal.

Does Troppolicious send everywhere?

We send anywhere within Australia via the Australia Post premium airfreight / road service (Startrack) to ensure the fastest possible delivery at no extra charge to you. Each box is sent inside an earth friendly shipper satchel too, so it stays nice and pretty for the surprise.

We don’t ship internationally.

How big are your gift boxes?

We have two different sizes, depending on the items inside.

  • BOX 1 = 650mm (L) x 245mm (W) x 125mm (H).
  • BOX 2= 400mm(L) x 250mm(W) x 120mm(H).

You don’t have to worry about which box to choose… we do all of that.

When will my gift arrive?

We use Australia’s largest freighting company and do everything we can to ensure your gift arrives either:

  • On the day or a little earlier
  • On the day or a little later

You choose what suits best when purchasing a gift.

We are at the hands of the freighting companies and can’t guarantee delivery on a specific day or time.

  • Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days from when we send, depending on the destination (regional areas may take longer).
  • Delivery on weekdays only – no weekends.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

On very rare occasions, a gift may arrive with unexpected issues (like damage due to freight). We get it that things can happen, so please contact us immediately via email – [email protected] and we’ll work with you to sort it out ASAP.

Sometimes we source limited quantity items or an item might be out of stock. We’ll work with you to send a replacement of equal value. If you decide you don’t want to replace the item(s), we’ll issue a credit back to the sender of your gift. We’re not able to issue a credit to the recipient of a gift. We don’t accept returns or exchanges of entire gifts or items within a gift unless it’s damaged or defective, so take your time choosing.

Can I send a few (dozen, hundred) corporate gifts?

Absolutely. We can definitely help you do that. We create personalised corporate gift boxes to suit any business. Early notice is essential to ensure the many Troppolicious supply partners have time to prepare stock, so don’t delay getting in touch, ’cause we’d love to help – [email protected]

Where are you located?

We’re situated in sunny Cairns, QLD. It’s a beautiful part of the world – that’s for sure. We operate exclusively online so we always handle delivery (no local pickups). Remember, freight is ALWAYS included!
